When was the last time that you've been sucked in by an instrumental album so deep you forgot about everything else? This album has put me through so many moods that I almost feel emotionally exhausted. But in a really good way. So much atmosphere to soak up, and I'm still not getting tired of it.
Favorite track: Loup de mer.
still very moody, still very dreamlike. very different, but still radare. this feels like a weird dream and ou don't know how to wake up, cause it's actually really good.
Favorite track: Second Son.
“‘Der Endless Dream’ is a strange journey through time, going both into a nightmarish future and a smooth, nostalgic past.” (Everything Is Noise)
“These are not merely Twin Peaks inspired tunes. These are pieces of music that Ennio Morricone himself would purchase in a record store.” (Merchants of Air)
“… macht geradezu besessen und lässt die Alltagsidylle, in der man sich gerade noch so wohl gefühlt hat, in einen zynischen Albtraum umschlagen.” (NEØLYD)

equal parts twin peaks, UFO abduction music, and 80s dystopian soundtrack, I don't want it darker is exactly what it says it is.
A just-enough-ness of haunting, alienating and eerie pop melodies perfectly balanced with tasteful, estranging-ly familiar retro arrangements.
a strange message of hope in a vintage yet very real quarantine soundtrack musicfed

Nice scorched-earth dark jazz that in an odd way reminds me of a more minimal, woozier, "Hex.." era Earth mixed with a stripped down Bohren & der Club of Gore, with all of its aloof, sultry hums, heroin-lounge and Dale Cooper cool. brantly
